Project Settings

Every project in A vs B has a dedicated settings area where you control its name and details, statistical configuration, and third-party integrations. Web Experimentation projects have tabs for General, Configuration, Analysis, Snippet, Integrations, and Webhooks; Feature Flag projects have General, Analysis, Integrations, and Webhooks. Feature flag attributes are managed under Audiences > Attributes.

Accessing project settings

Open any project and click the gear icon in the left sidebar, or look for the Settings link at the bottom of the project navigation. You will land on the General tab by default.

Settings tabs

Each tab covers a distinct area of your project configuration. Changes in one tab do not affect the others, and each tab has its own Save button so you can update sections independently.

GeneralProject name, domain URL, description, environment, and status. The starting point for any new project.

Configuration (Web Experimentation)Statistical confidence threshold, attribution window, SPA support, and responsive website tracking. Available in Web Experimentation projects only.

Analysis (Web Experimentation)Project-wide defaults for the Stats Engine and Variance Reduction. Each new experiment picks up these defaults and can override them before launching.

Snippet (Web Experimentation)Your project's script tag, installation detection status, and the global Project JavaScript editor. Available in Web Experimentation projects only.

IntegrationsConnect A vs B to analytics, tag managers, and data platforms like Google Analytics, Segment, and more.

WebhooksReceive real-time HTTP notifications when experiment events occur. Configure endpoints, event subscriptions, and monitor delivery history.

Who can change settings

Only team members with the Edit Project Settings permission can make changes here. By default this includes the Owner, Admin, and Developer roles. Viewers and Collaborators can view the settings pages but cannot save changes.
