Organization Settings
Organization settings let you update the public-facing details of your org — its name, website, and logo. A small set of settings, like industry and region, are locked after the organization is created.
Accessing organization settings
Organization settings are found in the global Settings page — not inside any individual project. To get there:
- Click Settings in the bottom of the left sidebar. This opens the organization-level settings area.
- Make sure you are on the General tab (it is selected by default when you open Settings).
Editable fields
Organization name
The name displayed throughout A vs B wherever your organization is referenced — including the dashboard header, email notifications, invoices, and the organization switcher if you belong to multiple orgs. This can be changed at any time.
Choose a name that your whole team will recognize immediately — typically your company name or department name.
Website URL
The main website associated with your organization — for example, https://www.yourcompany.com. This is for reference and does not affect experiment execution. It appears on invoices and in some administrative views.
Logo
Upload your organization's logo. The logo appears in the top-left of the A vs B dashboard header and in email notifications sent to your team members. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, and SVG. The recommended size is at least 200 × 200 pixels. Images are automatically cropped to a square for display.
To update the logo, click the logo upload area and select a new image file from your computer.
Fields locked after creation
Two fields are set during the onboarding flow when you first create your organization and cannot be changed afterwards:
Industry
The industry category you selected during onboarding — for example, E-commerce, SaaS, Media, or Financial Services. This is used by A vs B to tailor suggestions and benchmarks. Because changing industry can affect statistical benchmarks and historical comparisons, it is fixed after creation.
Region
The geographic region you chose during onboarding. This determines which data residency zone your organization's data is stored in and which regulatory frameworks apply to your account. Region cannot be changed after creation because data is stored in the selected zone from the moment the org is created.
Saving changes
Click Save at the bottom of the form to apply your changes. The updated organization name and logo will appear across the platform immediately for all team members.
